I had to stop by the Ranch to check out the Best Trick competition at the Grassroots Ranchstyle event outside of Grand Junction on my way to 18 Hours of Fruita. Rider is Ben Glassen, one of the smoothest steeziest slopestyle riders you'll ever see.

Stage one of the Tour of the Gila was an eye opener for covering a road race on the back of a BMW 1200RL motorcycle. I found Silver City, NM to be an interesting community that is a long ways from just about everywhere, and also a most excellent host to a most excellent stage race.

Everyone take notice. Tom Zirbel is racing again, and with vigor. He destroyed the Pro 1-2 field by a margin of 1:48 over a 16.5 mile course at the Haystack Mtn TT.

Out shooting the Haystack Mtn TT with the Boulder Flatirons in the distance. Except for the wind, it was another great day for a bike race, and GSBoulder Cycling hit it out of the park with their running of this event.

Uber secret, extremely difficult, and completely legal at the same time? Why yes, this singletrack just outside of Boulder lives up to all those descriptions. I finally took the time to get up here and discover a sweet new trail photo location (not pictured here).

These Cat 4's are about te get run over by the 45+ field. The Mead-Roubaix was probably the hardest road race any of these guys pictured will ever do. By the end of the first lap practically every field was blown apart at which point the racing turned into a time trial against the wind and dirt roads.
